Responsibilities
Contract:
Supporting an operation of FTH Legal Function and taking an administrative role for AskLegal and relevant reporting tools
Corporate Secretarial Support / Governance:
Assisting Head of Legal in handling corporate secretarial matters and ensures that corporate records are readily available and kept in good orders
General Legal Advice
Demonstrating expertise and capability for adding value to business customers in advising on IT projects, transactions, risks and issues under the supervision of the Head of Legal.
Policy Compliance:
Compiling and assisting Head of Legal to enable others to understand and comply with Fujitsu Legal, Compliance and Commercial policies and processes, understanding points at which express reporting, authorizations or escalations may be required
Knowledge Management and Training Initiative:
Enabling the development and maintenance of FTH’s agreement templates and other standardized advice and guidance.
Proactively supporting Head of Legal for training initiatives and the development of training materials, Business Lines and other functions. Delivering training for Sales, Business Units, other functions.
Qualifications
Law degree(LL.B and/or LL.M.) from reputable institute
0 – 2 years of legal professional experience
Excellent English proficiency
Lawyer license is a plus
Interpersonal skill
