Role Overview
In this role, you will work closely with regional and global stakeholders to support a broad range of legal matters across Asia. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting transactional and documentation-related matters with external counterparties
- Assisting on investment-related and structuring workstreams
- Providing legal support on corporate and governance matters across regional entities
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and external parties on onboarding and documentation processes
- Contributing to day-to-day legal advisory work across the business
Qualifications & Requirements
- >4PQE (More senior candidates i.e. 7-8PQE can be considered)
- Qualified in a common law jurisdiction
- Experience in a commercial or financial services environment is advantageous
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to operate independently while working effectively within a team
