A leading and well-established insurance agency is looking for a Legal Counsel to join its Insurance Agreements & Commercial Contracts team.
Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, negotiate, and advise on insurance clauses in commercial agreements and tenders.
- Provide legal guidance on insurance-related contractual matters for some of Israel’s largest companies.
- Work closely with clients, external law firms, insurance consultants, underwriters, and internal account managers.
- Analyze contractual risks and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Support negotiations and ensure contractual compliance with insurance requirements.
Requirements:
- Licensed Attorney (Israel Bar Association).
- At least 2 years of experience in insurance legal advisory or insurance-related contract work.
- Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Strong negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
