Provides Legal Counsel and advice to the Corporation and its subsidiaries to ensure their effective operation in accordance with Federal, State And Local Laws. Minimum Requirements
Juris Doctorate degree from an Accredited Bar Association (ABA). Accredited law school and admission to the bar or equivalent in local country. Four to Six (4-6) years’ experience and demonstrated competency relevant to area of legal specialization. Superior academic record. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Preferred Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have
