Role Overview:
Heavy contract role – drafting, reviewing, redlining, and negotiating contracts.
Assist with policy development, corporate resolutions, and compliance initiatives.
Provide legal guidance on various matters.
Stay informed on industry regulations and help mitigate legal risks.
Assist with corporate documentation and policy development.
Qualifications:
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
Active and in good standing with the California State Bar or eligible for In-House Counsel registration.
5+ years of strong contract expertise—must understand the context and purpose of agreements.
Detail-oriented with excellent issue-spotting skills
Must deliver clean, precise work without spelling or formatting errors.
Strong background in contracts, compliance, and business law.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to provide practical legal advice in a fast-paced environment.
