Legal Technician
Position Overview: This is an entry level paralegal position that will provide support to attorneys and paralegals in the areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, finance, commercial real estate, and business transactions.
Responsibilities:
Drafting and organizing legal documents
Maintaining files and correspondence
General administrative support
Scheduling and calendaring appointments and deadlines
Client contact
Skills:
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Excellent skills in English grammar; spelling and punctuation; writing, editing and proofreading
Proficient in the full Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to learn other technology

Schedule:
Full time – 8 Hour shift
