Position: Legal Counsel for GreenShield

In this pivotal role, you will report to the Associate General Counsel, delivering business-oriented legal guidance across various teams. Ideal candidates will have experience in corporate and commercial law, with a proven ability to draft, review, and negotiate agreements. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess legal risks and support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide timely legal advice on corporate and commercial matters
• Draft and negotiate diverse commercial agreements
• Support contract lifecycle and client onboarding
• Identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks
• Collaborate with teams on compliance and data use issues
Requirements:
• 1 to 5 years of relevant legal experience
• Strong skills in drafting commercial contracts
• Experience in health or technology agreements
• Ability to manage competing priorities
• J.D. or equivalent and membership in good standing
