Job Description
In this role you will work on a variety of corporate led transactional work, including M&A, JV, Investment led projects and ad-hoc commercials
You will form part of a key team that looks at investment opportunities across Asia, Europe and the Americas
You will work closely with investment teams to structure business strategy and implement individual and team contributed ideas
You will work closely with a diverse set of high performing individuals and with colleagues around the world
Requirements
5 – 10 PQE
Educated / trained at tier 1 establishments and with overseas experience
Law firm training will be across Corporate M&A / PE led work
Candidates with an MBA / Masters or equivalent business related experience will be seen as preferred
Native / near native language ability in English and Mandarin
Established in 2018 and with physical office locations in Hong Kong, Singapore and Europe.
To date we have successfully closed over 150+ mandates across the globe, these include the US, UK, Europe, Africa, Middle East and APAC regions.
