Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Counsel (f/m/d) at Natech Lda. located in Seixal. The Legal Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice, handling legal issues, negotiating contracts, and preparing legal documents on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
Law degree from an accredited law school.
Experience in employment law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
Strong understanding of EU labor law and regulations.
Experience in Contract Negotiation and Legal Document Preparation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Experience in the medical cannabis or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
Fluent in Portuguese and English, French or German will be a plus.
