Commercial: 60%
Regulatory: 20%
Regional Projects: 20%
Job Description
This role with primarily support front office teams with on-going deal support. You will play an integral role, negotiating and closing complex commercial agreements.
You will also support business teams with licensing requests and new product launches, as well as offering the latest commercial advice on regulatory landscapes across the APAC region.
You will also form part of the regional projects team which focuses on cross-border products and services across the region. This is a great opportunity to develop both technical and soft skills in fast growing / developing countries in the region.
Requirements
5 – 10 PQE
Law firm credentials should be International or Big 4
Exposure to In-House and/or Secondments seen as priority, but we would not rule out a tier 1 lawyer from practice
Experience must be across technology, ideally with digital services and regulatory exposure
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are required
