We're looking for a commercially minded Legal Counsel to join our team full-time. This role suits someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes creative environments, particularly across live entertainment, music, and visual media.
The Role
You'll serve as a trusted legal partner across the business, handling a broad range of matters, including:
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with suppliers, partners, and freelancers
• Advising on intellectual property, copyright, and licensing across music and visual content
• Reviewing NDAs and confidentiality frameworks
• Supporting on defamation, brand protection, and reputation management
• Guiding legal considerations around social media and digital content
• Identifying legal risks and delivering decisive, business-friendly solutions
What We're Looking For
• ~5+ years of relevant legal experience (in-house or private practice)
• Background in live entertainment, media, music, or creative industries strongly preferred
• Strong expertise in IP, copyright, and commercial contracts
• Comfortable operating as a generalist across varied legal topics
• Experience working with freelancers and supplier networks
• Familiarity with digital platforms and evolving media landscapes is a plus
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Proactive, pragmatic, and able to move quickly under pressure in a remote setting
• Confident, direct communicator who can hold their own with senior stakeholders
• Familiarity with European laws
