Responsibilities:
The role involves reviewing fund-specific documentation (with support from outside counsel) and handling day-to-day in-house legal matters, including company secretarial duties, board documentation, regulatory filings, and supporting internal teams and clients.
Ideal candidate profile:
While flexible, the ideal candidate will meet these core criteria:
Common law qualification (essential due to the nature of the work).2-5 years of experience in funds or general corporate law.
Qualified at an international law firm or in-house at a recognized corporation.
Middle East experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
