About The Role
Quess Corp- Work Force Management is seeking for a Legal Counsel-Contracts Head with exceptional work behaviors to join our team. Job Summary: The candidate will be responsible for reading, raising red flags, editing, negotiating contracts (MSAs) for Quess Corp Work Force Management globally. This role will be working closely with stakeholders in India, Singapore, Malaysia, ME, Philippines, Vietnam and more. Stakeholder management, team management, contract advising, assisting at the corporate level of Quess Corp, alongside advising business on legal matters is key responsibility in this role. This role will work with team on matters and provision of legal advisory services, you will ensure effective management of legal and contractual risks.
Must Haves-
Experience in drafting, reviewing, redlining of contracts and contract negotiation with client is mandatory.
Must have between 10 to 16 years of relevant experience and in-depth knowledge of contract and legal & labor law, work on Data Privacy regulation.
Experience in Master Service Agreements/Contracts (MSAs) is mandatory
Experience in handling IT/ITES contracts is must have
Manage contract TAT diligently with business.
Excellent inter-personal communication skills, analytical skills and able to influence at all levels, including senior management, both internally and externally.
Responsibilities:
Prepare, review and modify contractual instruments to assist and support various business activities.
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating high value strategic business agreements & commercial transactions with global customers and support internal stakeholders and customer on various business strategies and/ or alternative approach in line with the company’s contracting policy.
Review all contracts or any other documentation in various stages including but not limited to NDA, RFP’s, RFI’s, LOI, various forms of agreements, SOW and change orders/amendments,
where the Company has committed itself and assess legal implications that need to be brought to the executive management’s attention.
Developing legal reference toolkits including SOP, contract framework and standard boilerplate contracts.
Effectively conceiving and administering contracts management function with the implementation of the contract repository tool.
Managing and navigating Contract Lifecycle Management and advice business units on e- platform available in this regard.
