Our client, an innovative international organisation with a focus on sustainability and de-carbonisation seeks to recruit an ambitious, commercially minded Legal Counsel to join its growing in-house legal team. Reporting to the General Counsel, responsibilities will include providing legal advice to the business in Ireland, the UK and the US on a wide range of complex legal and commercial matters; drafting, negotiating and advising on contractual terms and large scale, high value commercial agreements; construction projects and contributing towards innovation of the business.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years PQE gained in a leading Irish or international law firm with a background in construction law. You will exercise sound business judgement, be a confident self-starter with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and dynamic organisation and have excellent communication skills.
