Legal Counsel – Commodities Jobs in Dubai, UAE/Dubai at Charterhouse
Charterhouse is working with an Energy Broker, with a global footprint and a core focus on Green Transition, who are looking to hire a Legal Counsel to cover their business activities across the group. This role will be standalone, with complete oversight and responsibility for the entire group’s activities. The Legal Counsel will take on a generalist role, assisting with various areas across commercial and corporate activities.
Responsibilities include:
Providing legal support and advice across the group’s business activities.
Drafting commercial contracts.
Offering general advice on company structure and formation.
Overseeing governance and compliance.
Leading M&A legal due diligence and other corporate activities.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a generalist commercial lawyer with a strong understanding of the commodities markets, seeking a firm focused on transitioning towards a greener future.
Candidate requirements:
Between NQ and 4 years PQE in Commercial Law.
Experience in the Energy or Commodities industry is highly advantageous.
A passion and interest in the industry is essential.
