– Commercial to join their growing team in Worcestershire. This is a fantastic chance to work within a new and expanding team that plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality legal services across the organisation. As Legal Counsel
– Commercial, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice, managing your own caseload, and supporting key stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality legal services across commercial, corporate, and regulatory law relevant to the organisation’s operations. Manage your own caseload of legal work while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Provide legal advice to internal teams and oversee the provision of legal support across various matters. Liaise with external legal providers and assist senior management in monitoring legal spend and invoice analysis.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
About You:
Qualified Solicitor or Barrister (or equivalent), with additional practising rights if CILEX-qualified. Proven experience delivering legal services within an in-house environment or similar setting. Strong project management skills, with experience managing varied caseloads and meeting deadlines. Comprehensive knowledge of drafting contracts, contractual interpretation, and working within complex regulatory frameworks. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to implement effective solutions. Why Join?
