Responsibilities
- Assist department head in legal & compliance matters;
- Provide legal advice with a particular focus in Listing Rules, private equity funds, investments and M&A transactions, such as terms negotiation, document review, mandate drafting and advisory works on the related projects;
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Degree holder or above;
- 8 years of relevant work experience or above;
- Qualified solicitor in Hong Kong or Chinese Mainland;
- Solid legal knowledge and experience in Listing Rules and handling private equity finds and M&A transactions;
- Ability to work independently and good interpersonal skills;
- Good command in MS Office & Chinese Word Processing;
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including fluency of Mandarin).
