Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various legal areas and possess strong research and analytical skills.
Duties:
– Represent clients in civil litigation and other legal proceedings
– Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues
– Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
– Provide legal advice to clients on a wide range of matters
– Prepare for and attend court hearings, trials, and arbitrations
– Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
Skills:
– Proficient in legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
– Strong legal drafting skills
– Familiarity with legal administrative tasks
