Our Client, an elite US Private Equity firm, is looking for a strong, private practice qualified M&A transactional Associate to join their London based team. The role is ideal for a driven deals lawyer and will sit within the investment team.
The team require an experienced associate from a Tier 1 global law firm’s M&A practice.
Candidate Profile:
3-5 PQE in a Legal 100 M&A practice
Demonstrable track record in complex cross-border M&A transactions
A strong academic track record across university and law school
Must be a qualified solicitor in England & Wales
