We’re Hiring: Corporate Legal Counsel ⚖️
We’re looking for an experienced legal professional to join our Group Legal team and help safeguard our business across multiple fronts.
What you’ll do:
Legal Advisory — Provide expert legal counsel on corporate matters, and draft/negotiate contracts and agreements across the group
️ Risk Mitigation — Identify legal risks, ensure compliance with local and international regulations, and review third-party contracts to protect company interests
⚖️ Litigation Management — Manage litigation cases, represent the company in legal proceedings, and coordinate with external counsel on complex matters
✅ Compliance Oversight — Oversee compliance programs, support internal audits, and ensure all contracts and policies align with group-wide standards
Policy Consistency — Develop and enforce group-wide policies, conducting regular reviews to maintain consistency across all business units

What you bring:
✔️ 6–8 years of experience in corporate legal practice
✔️ Deep understanding of the Saudi legal system
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent
✔️ Professional legal qualification (e.g., SASL) required
✔️ Saudi Bar Association membership required
✔️ Certifications in Corporate Law, Commercial Law, or Intellectual Property are a plus .
