A growing organisation is looking for a Legal Counsel on a 6-month FTC. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior business executives and you will be involved in a diverse portfolio of work.
The successful candidate will be offered interesting work combined with a great working environment with a collegiate feel and plenty of opportunities for development and growth.
Key duties will include:
IT contracts to include software licenses and usually structured as master services agreement with order forms
Supplier contracts
Professional services engagement letters
Corporate contracts – eg office infrastructure, corporate services for all offices
Recruitment contracts
NDAs
other ad hoc matters and projects.
You will have a minimum of 4 years of Post Qualified Experience gained in a law firm or legal department of a financial services organisation. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships across the business.
