About the Role:

We are looking for a Legal Counsel with 2–3 years of experience to support the company's day-to-day legal matters. You will work closely with internal teams to provide legal support, review and draft agreements, conduct legal research, and help ensure the company's business activities comply with applicable laws and regulations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and other legal documents.
  • Provide legal support and advice for the company's operational and business activities.
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
  • Identify legal risks and provide practical recommendations.
  • Review business initiatives to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Support contract management and maintain legal documentation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business needs.
  • Coordinate with external legal counsel, notaries, and government authorities when needed.
  • Assist with corporate legal and compliance matters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a law firm and/or as an in-house legal counsel.
  • Experience in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements.
  • Strong legal research and analytical skills.
  • Good understanding of corporate and commercial law.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
