We’re seeking a talented and business-oriented Legal Counsel to support our clients’ continued growth in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
What You’ll Do
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including licensing, consulting, purchase, and servicing contracts.
Advise on legal and regulatory issues, including corporate, compliance, privacy, and insurance-related matters.
Work cross-functionally with teams in sales, marketing, finance, IT, and operations to drive business success while managing legal risk.
Oversee and manage outside counsel to ensure high-quality, cost-effective legal support.
Provide clear, concise, and practical legal guidance with a strong understanding of business goals.
What We’re Looking For
Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar (Pennsylvania preferred).
3–5 years of legal experience, ideally with both law firm and in-house exposure.
Strong skills in contract drafting, negotiation, and communication.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.
Sound judgment, commercial awareness, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
Experience in insurance regulation, privacy, or financial services is a plus but not required.
