Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the General Counsel, you will play an integral role in supporting corporate governance, commercial contracting, regulatory & compliance affairs, corporate secretarial work, dispute management, legal operations, and take on such other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- A recognized law degree (LLB or JD) with admission to practise in at least one jurisdiction.
- At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in a reputable law firm or in-house legal team.
- Familiarity with one or more areas: corporate, corporate secretarial, commercial contract drafting, intellectual property, regulatory & compliance, cross-border legal work, dispute resolution.
- Excellent legal drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team, with a sense of maturity, and a go-getter attitude.
