QUALIFICATIONS
Graduated from Law Faculties of Universities,
At least 10 years of experience (being an in-house corporate lawyer is preferable)
Experienced in especially Commercial Law, Labour Law, Personal Data Protection Law/GDPR, Contract Law, IP law
Experienced in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing all aspects of contracts,
Experienced in the execution of corporate procedures related to the general/daily operation of the company, including the preparation of the General Assembly documents, the decisions of the Board of Directors and their registration,
Knowledge of international law issues including contracts,
Good command of written and spoken English and/or French,
Good use of MS Office programs
Good team player, able to take initiative,
Having an analytical mindset, solution-oriented, fast, and paying attention to details,
Positive, proactive, strong in planning and follow-up skills.
Good interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team and communicate in multi-cultural business environment.
Commercial Contracts & Negotiations – Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements,ensuring compliance with Turkish law.
Primary workplace is Bursa; openness to operate from İstanbul is regarded as a valuable asset.
