ALT Recruitment Partners is working with a global company that focuses on software and technology solutions in transportation to hire a Group Legal Counsel. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to work mainly from a home office, but some travel will be required.
As Group Legal Counsel, you will advise on and participate in leadership decisions and provide legal advice to the executive, sales, finance, and HR teams. You will review, draft, and negotiate vendor and customer contracts, review requests for proposals and terms and conditions, and assist in proposal development and securing approvals. You will also play a key role in M&A activity, including conducting due diligence and assisting with integration.
As the ideal candidate, you are a lawyer with at least 5 years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, such as software licensing, maintenance, and professional services agreements. Experience managing other lawyers will be an asset.
