Position: Legal Counsel (m/f/d)
Location: Zürich
Responsibilities Provide legal advice on commercial, contractual and corporate matters across multiple jurisdictions
Draft, review and negotiate contracts and other legal documents
Support the business in risk assessments and ensure
legal compliance
on an international level
Collaborate with internal stakeholders in an
interdisciplinary
setting to develop practical solutions for business needs
Liaise with external counsel as needed for specialized advice
Design and implement internal legal training courses
Qualifications
Degree in Swiss law with several years of professional experience in the legal field, ideally in an international context
Admission to the Swiss Bar (SBA certification) is mandatory
Contractual knowledge of written and spoken German and English Ability to translate complex legal principles into practical, business-friendly solutions
Integrity, accuracy and
attention to detail
Accountability, sound judgment and the ability to take ownership of an issue and provide concise and timely advice
Capable of juggling multiple priorities in a
fast-paced
setting
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as a team member
