Insight Global is looking for a Legal Counsel to join their Real Estate client. Your responsibility will be to provide legal advice and support to the Executive Team and management across the business. This will be a permanent position, following a hybrid working schedule (3x weekly in office). Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the provision of legal services to the Company and its subsidiaries.
Act as liaison between operational teams (Hotels, Property, Farming/Rural) and external legal advisers. Support and oversee transactions, including sale and purchase of assets, leasing of commercial, residential, retail, and agricultural property. Review, draft and manage commercial contracts and employment-related legal documentation. Ensure the Company meets all legal and statutory obligations, including governance best practices. Qualifications Qualified solicitor or legal professional Experience in a law firm or in-house legal/compliance role.
Strong understanding of UK law in commercial, employment, and property sectors Excellent written and verbal
communication skills
. High level of discretion and integrity.
