Alpinum Solutions is the leading Alternative Legal Service Provider (ALSP) in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein, specializing in Interim Legal & Compliance workforce solutions for complex mandates.
For our client, a MedTech company, we are looking for a Legal Counsel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, negotiate, and manage a wide variety of commercial contracts, including agreements relating to distribution, strategic collaborations, and service arrangements
- Provide legal support for the introduction of new products and the expansion of business operations across European and global markets
- Serve as a trusted legal advisor to commercial and business development functions, offering timely guidance on a broad range of operational matters
- Assess advertising, branding, and promotional content to ensure alignment with applicable legal and regulatory standards
- Advise on contractual and commercial engagements with distribution partners, healthcare providers, and medical institutions
- Work closely with business, regulatory, and other cross-functional teams to anticipate legal issues, develop risk mitigation strategies, and facilitate commercially sound decision-making
Experience & Qualifications:
- Qualified lawyer with valid Bar admission
- Min. 5 years of experience in the above-named areas, especially in commercial contracting and negotiating
- Prior background in MedTech, Pharmaceuticals or Life Sciences is strongly preferred
- Fluency in English
