An AIM-listed world-leading provider of technology are looking for a lawyer to join their legal team.
Reporting to the Head of Legal, the position will draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including technology, licensing, services, and data processing agreements. You will work across multiple jurisdictions and collaborate with internal teams.
The successful candidate will have 3+ years’ PQE with experience representing large technology driven organisations. Experience in complex IT/software technology agreements will be helpful, as well as knowledge of IP, GDPR, AI, or regulatory matters.
