Role Summary

Oracle is seeking a licensed attorney to join its Global Supply Chain Legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career lawyer who enjoys commercial contracting, has outstanding English communication skills, and is eager to build an international legal career within one of the world’s leading technology companies.

You don’t need prior experience in hardware, manufacturing, supply chain, or Oracle products. Instead, we’re looking for someone with strong legal fundamentals, exceptional attention to detail, and the motivation to learn complex commercial and technology transactions.

You’ll begin by supporting contract drafting, document preparation, legal review, and contract administration. As your experience grows, you’ll progressively take ownership of contract negotiations, provide commercial legal advice, and partner directly with business stakeholders across Oracle’s global organization.

This role offers hands-on training, exposure to sophisticated international transactions, and a clear pathway to becoming a trusted commercial legal advisor.

What You’ll Do

As a member of Oracle’s Global Supply Chain Legal team, you will support commercial legal matters across Oracle’s international business operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Draft, review, and revise commercial contracts and legal agreements.
  • Prepare legal documents with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support contract execution and documentation throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Process legal documentation and maintain accurate records within Oracle’s internal systems.
  • Enter, organize, and manage contract and legal data in internal databases.
  • Conduct legal research and assist with legal analysis as required.
  • Collaborate with lawyers and business stakeholders across multiple countries and functions.
  • Ensure compliance with Oracle policies, legal requirements, and internal processes.
  • As your experience develops, take increasing responsibility for:
  • Negotiating commercial agreements.
  • Advising business partners on contractual issues.
  • Managing more complex legal transactions.
  • Developing templates, playbooks, and process improvements.

Who We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Qualified attorney licensed to practice law in any jurisdiction.
  • Approximately 1–4 years of post-qualification legal experience.
  • Experience drafting and reviewing commercial contracts or legal documents.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Comfortable performing hands-on legal and administrative work, including document preparation, contract processing, and data management.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong learning agility and a willingness to develop expertise in commercial contracting and technology transactions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
  • Exposure to commercial contracts or cross-border transactions.
  • Experience working in an international business environment.
