该职位来源于猎聘 Job Description: SK hynix Dalian Memory Technology and Manufacturing (DMTM) is high-volume manufacturing memory fab working on advanced edge 3D NAND product. DMTM focus on the success of NAND technology at a greater scale, play a larger role in supporting customers. Responsibility:
- Responsible for contract review, legal consultation, and drafting standard contracts
- Responsible for handling compliance matters (e.g., personal data protection, export control, etc.)
- Responsible for managing company litigation and arbitration matters
- Review articles of association and corporate resolutions
- Manage original contract documents and oversee law firm engagements Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in legal affairs is required.
- Bachelor or above degree, major in law.
- Candidates with Chinese and U.S. legal qualifications or overseas study experience in the United States will be given preference.
- Proficient in English as a working language, with the ability to review contracts in English; proficiency in Korean is preferred.
- Understanding in IT/semiconductor industry and familiarity with Korean corporate culture.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team.
