Alpinum Solutions is the leading Alternative Legal Service Provider (ALSP) in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein, specializing in Interim Legal & Compliance workforce solutions for complex mandates.
For our client, a leading services provider, we are seeking a real estate-focused legal counsel to provide support for internal contract management and related legal matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support on real estate transactions, property management, lease agreements, and land registry matters
- Offer legal counsel on a range of issues, including civil and contract law, with a focus on real estate matters
- Conduct research on legal and regulatory challenges impacting project development, including environmental, permitting, and land use laws
- Identify and mitigate legal risks throughout real estate projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal issues, specializing in real estate law
Experience & Qualifications:
- Swiss Master of Law (MLaw); admission to the Swiss Bar preferred.
- Professional experience gained either in the legal department of a real estate company or in private legal practice with a focus on real estate matters.
- Strong expertise in Swiss real estate law, including tenancy law, property law, construction contract law, and public construction and planning law.
- Ability to provide pragmatic, business-oriented legal advice while effectively managing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Fluency in German (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an asset.
