n :
We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on corporate matters, contracts, regulatory compliance, and risk management(Both local and global). The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate law, contract negotiation, and regulatory complia
nce.
Key Responsibili
- ties:
Provide legal support on corporate governance and compliance i - ssues.Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agree
- ments.Knowledge of EN ISO 13485 is an advantage, or a willingness to
- learn.Work closely with internal teams on risk management strat
- egies.Represent the company in legal matters and liaise with external legal counsels when nece
- ssary.Monitor legal developments and advise management on potential im
pacts.
Qualific
- ations:
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) and licensed to practice law in Türkiye or another relevant juris - diction.3-5+ years of experience in corporate law, contracts, and co
- mplianceStrong knowledge GDPR, and other international regu
- lations.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and
- Turkish.Ability to work independently and provide strategic legal g
- uidance.Strong analytical and problem-solving
skills.
Preferred Qualif
- ications:
Experience in an internationa - l company.Familiarity with medical device regulations
- is a plusExperience in intellectual property
- (IP) law.Excellend command o
f English.
