Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Consultant, located in Dubai for one or network company. The Legal Consultant will provide expert legal advice, prepare and review legal documents, and ensure compliance with legal regulations. They will also be responsible for assisting the organization in resolving legal issues and offering guidance on legal matters relevant to the container rental industry. Collaboration with other departments to support contracts, agreements, and risk management will be a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and expertise in areas such as Law and Legal Issues
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Legal Advice
- Experience in providing Legal Assistance and resolving legal matters effectively
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field; advanced legal qualifications are a plus
- Prior experience in the logistics or rental industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in Arabic and English is a plus
