You’ll be joining a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment where things move quickly — and so do we.

The Role

We’re looking for an adaptable and highly organised Legal Counsel who can roll up their sleeves and get involved in both day-to-day legal tasks and longer-term strategic projects. You’ll support all areas of the business and ensure we stay ahead of legal, regulatory, and compliance needs — from contracts to risk, internal policies to new market entry. If you thrive in a start-up environment and enjoy the variety that comes with it, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day legal support across departments including commercial, product launches, operations, HR and compliance.

Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts (e.g., NDAs, supplier agreements, partnership deals and Inter company agreements).

Deal with any customer complaint escalations and legal disputes. Assist with KYC escalations and sign off.

Support the Head of Legal on regulatory compliance, risk, and licensing matters.

Help implement and manage legal processes using tools like ClickUp and shared legal templates.

Maintain and organise legal documentation and databases.

Monitor legal developments and advise internal teams on regulatory changes and implications and update our business T&c’s and website material.

Work closely with the Head of Legal on special projects and high-priority legal initiatives.

Support with corporate governance, including board minutes and filings (where applicable).

Step into a generalist legal admin role when needed — no job too small.

Comfortable working in an evolving startup environment with shifting priorities.

Strong commercial awareness and pragmatic legal judgement.

Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing a wide-ranging workload.

Experience with basic compliance matters (e.g. data protection, consumer regulations) a strong plus.

Self-sufficient and resourceful — you’ll often be the first point of contact for legal queries.

Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Google Workspace, and contract management systems preferred.
