JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a Legal Counsel who will provide legal support and advisory work in the business of coal mining operations and power generation with the following qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of LLB or JD with good academic record from a reputable law school ;
• At least 5 years work experience as a lawyer in a reputable law firm or corporation
• Experience in any of the following an advantage: investment and commercial transactions, corporate restructuring, project or business development, and project finance;
• Experience in the energy industry or mining sector an advantage;
• Excellent communication and relational skills; and
Willing to work on-site at Makati City
