A fantastic opportunity has just opened up for an experienced Legal Counsel to join my renewable energy client’s European legal team in Athens on a permanent basis. This crucial role involves providing sophisticated and timely legal advice to support the company’s operations in Greece. You’ll take charge of the entire contract chain, including managing tenders, procurement, EPC and O&M contracts, and overseeing supply and subcontracting agreements. Your input will be essential to the business.
We’re looking for someone with:
– A bachelor’s degree in law
– 5+ years of relevant experience in Greece, including at least 2 years preferably gained in private practice
– Experience in EPC contracting, subcontracts, and supply contracts
– Membership in a relevant professional body
