As our new Legal Counsel, you’ll join a collaborative and international legal team supporting business across the European region. You’ll bring structure to complexity, and clarity to decisions that help power the energy transition, digitization, and industrial innovation.

You won’t just handle contracts — you’ll help build the legal foundation that enables us to co-innovate tomorrow.

What you’ll do

Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of cross-border commercial agreements (e.g. supply, licensing, services, purchasing)

Provide legal support to business stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions

Offer practical advice on contract interpretation, risk mitigation, and regulatory alignment

Lead and advise on data privacy topics, GDPR compliance, and internal policies

Contribute to standardizing legal templates and contract governance across the region

Collaborate closely with departments such as Sales, Procurement, HR and Finance

Monitor relevant legal developments and help translate regulation into business action

What you bring

Law degree with 3–5 years of legal experience (in-house or private practice)

Solid expertise in commercial contracts and business law in an international environment

Proven understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR) and compliance structures

Fluent in English (both verbal and written); additional languages are a plus, preferably Turkish, Romanian, Hungarian or Turkish.

A clear communicator with strong analytical and interpersonal skills

Proactive and hands-on mindset, with a talent for making legal practical
