As we continue to expand our footprint, we are looking for a detail-oriented and business-savvy Junior Legal Counsel to support our legal and corporate governance operations.
About The Role
As Junior Legal Counsel, you will play a critical role in safeguarding Lanterns Ventures’ operations by providing legal support on corporate, commercial, and financial matters. You’ll be involved in contract review, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day legal advisory to various departments.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and revise contracts, NDAs, and service agreements
Assist in ensuring company policies comply with applicable laws and regulations
Conduct legal research and support the business with actionable advice
Support in managing disputes and liaise with external counsel when required
Maintain legal documentation, filings, and corporate records
Monitor legal and regulatory updates relevant to our sectors
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) – Master’s or LLM is a plus
1–3 years of experience in a corporate or in-house legal role
Membership in the Egyptian Bar Association
Strong knowledge of commercial and corporate law
Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills
High proficiency in written and spoken English
Attention to detail, confidentiality, and sound judgment

Work Type: Full-time | Sunday – Thursday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Location: On-site in Sheikh Zayed
