We are looking for a talented and independent yet collaborative attorney to join our Operations team as our in-house Legal Counsel. If you have a passion for technology and business, love the art of contracts, and enjoy providing legal guidance on a variety of matters, this role is for you!What You’ll Do:
Provide ongoing legal consultation on matters relating to the company’s day-to-day operations.
Draft and negotiate a variety of contracts.
Work directly with groundcover’s Sales team to draft and negotiate commercial agreements.
Manage the relations with external legal advisers.
Lead and overview the Compliance process and implementation at the company.
Requirements:
6-8 years of relevant commercial legal experience, including time spent at a leading law firm and in-house at a tech company or startup.
Licensed to practice law in Israel.
Proven ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and manage projects from start to finish.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong business orientation and a proactive approach.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
