Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Counsel located in Turate. The Legal Counsel will be responsible for preparing legal documents, addressing legal issues, and providing legal advice to support UniFor’s projects and operations. One of the focuses will be Intellectual Property.
Qualifications
Law expertise, Contract Negotiation, and Legal Document Preparation skills
Ability to address legal issues and provide Legal Advice
Experience in commercial and contract law
Knowledge of international business law
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Relevant degree in Law or related field
