We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Legal Counsel to join our team. In this role, you will provide timely and reliable legal advice, ensuring compliance across various legal areas such as labor law, commercial law, partnerships, and international operations. You will play a key part in minimizing legal risks, improving internal processes, and supporting business decisions from a legal standpoint.
Responsibilities
Provide clear and timely legal advice across a broad range of topics.
Draft, review, and approve contracts, policies, and legal documents to ensure full compliance.
Support business stakeholders with legal input during decision-making.
Represent the organization in legal proceedings or negotiations with regulators and external partners.
Lead or support legal risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Stay up-to-date with legal developments and ensure internal processes align with the latest regulations.
Collaborate closely with group legal and other departments to maintain alignment and compliance.
Develop and maintain internal legal documentation and communication tools (e.g., legal templates, FAQs, training materials).
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Law
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a legal advisory or in-house counsel role
Strong knowledge of corporate, labor, and commercial law
Excellent command of legal English, both written and verbal
Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
