Job Description
The Legal Counsel will work closely with the General Counsel and other members of the legal team on the following:
Draft and review all private fund offering materials, partnership agreements, NDAs, and other relevant documentation
Assist with regulatory filings
Draft and review various contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and other legal documentation
Negotiate directly with fund managers and distribution agents
Manage outside counsel
Work with internal and external clients across Canada and the US
