Pharma | Legal Counsel | Zurich & Remote | Temp. 8 months | 100% | May/June 2025
You will be responsible for supporting legal matters related to divestments and handling complex contract manufacturing agreements. The role involves high-value transactions, contract negotiations, risk management, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
M&A Transactions – Structuring and negotiating the sale of pharmaceutical products or business units, including drafting key agreements.
Risk Management & Disputes – Identifying contractual risks and managing potential disputes with business partners.
Legal Advisory – Providing legal guidance on deal execution, working closely with other teams.
External Counsel Management – Overseeing external law firms to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Standardization & Best Practices – Developing contract templates and setting legal standards for future deals.
Experience
Expertise in pharmaceutical mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and contract manufacturing.
Strong background in drafting, negotiating, and managing high-value contracts.
5+ years in the pharmaceutical industry, handling regulated transactions and manufacturing agreements.
Knowledge of civil and contract law, with experience in international deals.
Resident in Switzerland or Liechtenstein
