2、Commercial contracts, daily legal consultations, handling potential disputes, and conducting compliance reviews；
3、Support and protect business operations；Identify, research, and evaluate alternative risk factors in business decisions and overall operations;
4、Complete all tasks with integrity and a high degree of responsibility.
Requirements:
1、3+ years of legal practice or in-house legal experience;
2、2+ years of experience with compliance issues related to online marketplaces, online retail, and supply chains;
3、Entrepreneurial spirit and proactivity;
4、Ability to work independently.
