LEGAL ASSISTANT
Hamilton Miller & Birthisel LLP is actively seeking qualified Legal Assistants to join our Litigation Defense Firm with 3-5+ years functioning in Law Firm or Legal environment in our Orlando or Miami offices, working specifically in the areas including but not limited to: Premises and Product Liability, Property & Casual, Negligence Security, Personal Injury, Maritime, Construction Defect & First-Party Property, Auto/Trucking/Transportation and more.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working in a legal/law firm or alike professional environment
Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, a team player, and a great multitasker
Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledgeable in State & Federal court rules
Prior Trial experience is preferred
