Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein. For our latest mandate, we are seeking an exceptional talent in the following field:
Key Responsibilities:
Advise and support the sales team on commercial contracting matters, ensuring legal compliance and risk management
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including sales, procurement, and partnership agreements
Provide guidance on data privacy matters, ensuring adherence to Swiss and EU data protection laws (e.g., GDPR)
Collaborate with internal teams to assess and mitigate legal risks in business operations
Monitor and advise on changes in relevant commercial and data privacy regulations
Experience & Qualifications:
Resident in Switzerland
Swiss-qualified lawyer with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
Fluent in German and English
Extensive expertise in contract law, compliance, and regulatory matters
