Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Legal Counsel at Deutsche Börse. The Legal Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice, negotiating contracts, preparing legal documents, and addressing legal issues. This role is based in Luxembourg with the option for some remote work.

Law and Legal Advice skills
Contract Negotiation and Legal Document Preparation skills
Experience in handling legal issues
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and in a team
Knowledge of international laws and regulations
Master’s degree in Law or related field
