Key Responsibilities:
• Provide legal and strategic counsel on regulatory issues

• Assist with freedom of information and privacy concerns
Requirements:
• Active membership with the Law Society of Ontario
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in securities and corporate law
• Strong understanding of capital markets and legislation
• Excellent analytical and drafting capabilities
• Proven ability to engage with stakeholders
