Our client, a prominent asset management company in New York City is looking for an attorney with 5-7 years of experience at a law firm, asset manager or other financial services or fintech firm. involved with artificial intelligence. The attorney will be part of the Legal & Compliance group and advise the firm in its ongoing adoption of AI across a wide range of functions.
Qualifications:
- A law degree and admission to the New York Bar
- 5-7 years of experience at a law firm, asset manager or other financial services or fintech firm. involved with artificial intelligence.
- AI advisory experience is preferred, but deep AI legal specialization is not required—more important is a genuine interest in AI and experience integrating AI into your work.
- Experience drafting policies and procedures, and establishing systems to help ensure compliance with them is preferred.
